In February 2020 when my father passed, I found myself at the starting line of just one of the many winding paths required to travel as Executrix of his estate. Knowing it would require guidance of the utmost given its multi-faceted dimensions, I sought consultation from 2 different attorneys who bo...th came highly recommended from trusted sources. After the first consultation with an attorney who made sure to mention his fees in the first 5 minutes, Attorney Lance Gill garnered my heightened attention when he answered my call and my myriad of questions; spending nearly an hour of his time on the phone with me before ever broaching the topic of what it would cost to ascertain his counsel... and what I came to learn and deem as his very highly valued leadership in the legal realm! I was forewarned of his rather direct, no-nonsense, doesn't beat-around-the-bush approach and I cannot convey enough just how much I appreciated his demeanor and his excellent representation. I hired Lance to help me with issues of probate and property related needs as a result of my husband’s death. If I could give Lance more than five stars I would… I was very impressed with how available Lance was whenever I needed to talk to him or I had a question… He’s very responsive to emails and... also to phone calls… making appointments to see him when needed was also very accommodating. I like that he answers his own phone and was usually available to talk right at the time of the call. Also, he never acts like he is in a hurry to get you off the phone or out the door. Coping with a sudden loss of your spouse is very overwhelming and the legal part of it all can be just so stressful… After meeting with Lance to discuss my concerns, I was able to leave his office feeling much better and feeling assured he had my best interest and would look out for me. Also, Lance’s fees are very reasonable and I was so pleased with the quality of service I received that I gladly wrote the check. I definitely would recommend Lance to anybody who has any legal needs. I know that I will use him again if ever a need would arise.

Lance helped me through a very difficult process of handling my late mother's estate. He was helpful on all levels. First, he obtained the fiduciary rights that I needed to begin this journey. Then with helpful guidance, he advised and lead me through the process of setting up an estate account at th...e bank. Everything that is required by the court to proceed legally. He went over and above my expectations by helping me locate helpful people to sell all the estate's assetts. He gave invaluable input as I navigated through the costs associated with managing an estate. I, like most people didn't realize all that is entailed with this journey. Lance is also licenced to do titles and closings on property sold! Of course that was a huge help. I benefited so much by his multiple talents and accreditations to cover such a broad spectrum of legal needs. Amazingly, he does this work quickly, and at a price so reasonable (way below industry's standard) that it was hard to believe. He gave me an upfront flat rate fee, and that's exactly what I paid! Upon completion of all the aforementioned, a friend told me that I did a good job. I immediately told the friend, "thank you....but I had a lot of help from my attorney!" In less than a year, Mr. Gill handled all aspects of my late Mother’s estate. He filed all the required paperwork in a timely fashion and kept me apprised of the progress of the Estate status. He conducted himself in a very professional and compassionate manner, sympathizing the loss my siblings an...d I endured. He was extremely generous with his time.
