From the beginning Lance was the attorney I wanted to hire, he spent 45 minutes with me two separate times for a consultation which was more then the attorneys that I went to their office to visit. Lance does his consultations on the phone which saves everyone time and money. He will do anything he c...an to save you money and give you straight forward advice, he does not make your case one that you go into it expecting different results then you come out with. Lance is the most ethical and economical lawyer I have dealt with and I have spoken to about six. An attorney in the area wanted to charge me three times as much as Lance did for my case. I ended up resolving my case in mediation with the father (visitation modification) because I had to move out of state. He tried to prevent the whole party in my case from going to a pretrial but because of the other attorneys being unethical so they can charge their clients and wanting us to attend the pretrial, we had to spend a half of a day between driving around and sitting in the court room just to tell the magistrate we came to an agreement. Lance saved me a huge amount of money and I appreciate not having to pay for the other attorneys ignorance! I love the fact that he is a flat fee attorney so you don't have unexpected legal bills that you find you cant pay. Would definitely recommend him and already have!!! You won't regret it. Nobody should have thousands of dollars in legal fees!

I could utilize every positive superlative known to man to describe Attorney Lance Gill's handling of my complicated divorce case and it still wouldn't do him justice. He is an expert and incredibly knowledgeable professional attorney. What sets him apart from so many others I contacted prior to hiri...ng him is first and foremost, Lance is a human being who I felt genuinely cared about not just my case, but me as a person. He diligently fought for my success and best interests. No matter how you look at it, divorce is a painful and complex process and I admit (much to Lance's chagrin) to wanting to procrastinate and avoid facing the inevitable finality of a marriage I tried for years to save. Lance was kind but honest and straightforward in keeping me on track. When I expressed concerns, he provided explanations on why he was taking a certain approach, but then I found out early on that it was in my best interest to let go of my need to control and truly just trust Lance as he really did have me covered. I didn't ask for this divorce, but now that it's over I can clearly see how valid my life is now that I'm freed from my abusive and narcissistic ex. I was able to handle processing the turmoil by turning over the legal matters to Lance. In other words, if you’re going through something tough, lift your burden by letting Lance handle the legal aspects for you! Oh and lest I forget, you will be very hard pressed to find a more affordable legal fee. Again, I know this from my quite extensive search for the right attorney. Before I ever hired him, Lance spent hours on the phone with me discussing my case in detail at no charge whatsoever. He followed through when his help was needed after the case was finalized as well. Additionally, he is the only attorney I interviewed that doesn't charge by the clock. Don't think for a moment that means you’re not going to get the best attorney. Quite the opposite. It means you’re hiring an attorney that possesses a rare commodity - honesty! No wonder his office is filled with artwork concerning his hero: honest Abe Lincoln! Thanks so much Lance. You’re my go-to attorney for everything else as well, now that my divorce is final.

Lance was very upfront and clear on how the divorce that my wife filed for would work. He informed me of the options we had to avoid a nasty long and drawn out court case. He was very candid with me and made sure that I understood each step and the timing of each. He took the time to make sure I w...as clear on his expectations of what I needed to do and he made sure that he understood my expectations of him. We had very good discussions about options and each time a new twist came up he made sure that I understood what my options were. While divorce can be an ugly thing, Lance was able to help make mine fairly easy and not as crazy stressful as it could have been. Lance was upfront about his costs and some of the other costs associated with a divorce. His price is very reasonable considering what others charge. I don't think paying more would have paid for a better result. Highly recommended.

Lance has handled several large cases for me including a family members divorce and an 18k lawsuit. He is very diligent in collecting documents and reviewing information to arrive at the best strategy. He is realistic in what can be achieved and doesn't aim for pie in the sky objectives simply to... run up the bill. I have also used him for several evictions and a few real estate transactions and found his services to be priced well and very well handled. I recommend attorney Gill to all of my friends.
