Kristi was hired after I fired my money sucking first attorney. All my previous attorney cared about was $$$$ and more $$$$. Kristi is very fair in her fees and is willing to work with just about any plans. She is not at all afraid of taking the bulls by the horns and is not about to be bullied by an...yone. Where to start...Kristi is beyond AMAZING!! Started with a very sad phone call in February. Kristi came right to my house and we talked about my case, talked about a payment plan. Asked me to sleep on it and call her in the morning. Didnt need to sleep on the price (overly fair to me). She imme...dietly got me in on as a party to a CHIPS case. (The county took my son out of my ex's home) She informed me that it might not end there and could turn into a custody case, and she would continue to represent me no matter how long it took. Kristi continued to fight the county in court over and over for months so my son could come home with me. Always keeping me very informed on every detail, either by email or by phone. She was up against not only the county but my ex wife who is a pathological liar and is very manipulative and her 4 different attorneys. Kristi took alot of her time appearing in court on my behalf driving to the cities sometimes 3 times a week. She also met witnesses that would help my case, and may have helped my sons little sister in the process also. I wish I could tell you everything and every detail about my case but I cant. I can tell you that Kristi is amazing, and she fights very hard for you as a client, and talks to you as a friend and leaves out no secrets. Thanks to her I have my son back full time in my house with the rest of my family, including mine and my fiance's children. His mom only gets a few hours every other weekend with him, for his safety. Kristi helped out one of my clients that suffered a stroke and now has Traumatic Brain Injury. My client is very capable and has shown that he can take care of his child on his own. The mother of the child was try to take full custody and really didn’t want my client to have any parenting time with... his son. Kristi showed off her amazing skills and he got joint custody. My client now gets to see his son every other weekend from 4 on Friday until 4 on Sunday and every other Wednesday night. She helped him out so much. I would recommend Kristi to anyone that needs help. She has a great understanding and is willing to help out her clients in court and get what they deserve.

Kristi was retained by myself to hopefully bring closure, peace and finally fairness to what was a horrible original divorce decree. With a child support payment much higher than state mandated, visitation rights being denied, and basically my ex wife trying to push me out of my kids' lives, Kristi d...id the impossible. She fought for my parental rights and amazingly got my child support lowered hundreds a month to exactly what the state says it should be. All of this in the toughest county against men in divorces in MN. She did what I thought would be impossible. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a fair judgement in a family court of law, especially to anyone who thinks they have been unfairly ruled against in a divorce case.

We retained Kristi for a child custody case that was a mess from the start. It involved 2 children that the mother had already separated and basically abandoned one of them. Kristi listened to all of our concerns about the children and she didn't pull any stops to make sure that we didn't stop until ...we got custody of both children. I think if we wouldn't have had Kristi that both of these kids would not be living with us now. Or we would still be sitting in a court room week after week. With everything that Kristi was able to find out we were in and out of court in one day. Never even made it to trial. Kristi didn't put down any stops in our case. To this day I now communicate with Kristi about 2 of my own cases and about one more for my boyfriend. Kristi is very knowlagable in child custody and child suprt. We have given out her card to everyone we know that is looking for a good attorney and would continue to use Kristi for any other cases regarding child support and custody
