Like many other of these reviews, I had nothing but an extremely excellent and positive experience working with Attorney Kristi A. Fox, who assisted me with a divorce, custody case and two motion cases after my divorce. She stood up for me as a Dad, she understands the struggles father's face in MN ...Courts and she did an amazing job at navigating me through each of my cases. Her fees were less than half of the lowest fees I was able to find before hiring her. She took payments for these fees and even waived some of her fees. My life is so much better, with my children in it, because of Attorney Kristi Fox. I would hire her again in a heartbeat and would strongly recommend her to any father in the MN Court system. I don't know where I would be or what I would have ever done without this lawyer's help!

My ex and I had separated 8 years ago. For 4 years he had custody of all 3 of our children.In 2011 our oldest came to live with me full time From 2007 until this last September I was paying my ex-husband child support. Even for the child that lived with me full time. I retained Kristi due to the fact... that she is a hard working attorney and she already did wonders for our family by getting my husband and I custody of his 2 children. But in 2013 all she needed to do was show up to court and let my ex-husband know it was either we went into discovery or there wasn't going to be support going either way. She did her job and got him to back down. I believe that if it wasn't for Kristi being there with me to get him to back down, I'd be paying my ex-husband more than what I could afford. Kristi turned the fear around on who's way it will go when it comes to my children. Use to be what my ex said is the way it goes. Now it's either we agree or nothing at all.. For any father seeking equal treatment in the custody of their child/children, Ms. Fox is extraordinary in presenting your case in family court. My case was presented in Anoka County, where Ms. Fox was able to show an unstable environment regarding my son. Through documentation; exceptional k...nowledge of the court system guidelines, and outstanding presentation skills, Ms. Fox clearly and decisively proved my case. I was awarded sole physical custody of my son. I wouldn't have been able to do this without her expertise in the field of fathers' rights. The unique quality that Ms. Fox possesses is she really cares, empathizes, and listens to her client. I honestly consider her my friend, which I've never experienced with any other lawyer.

Where to start...Kristi is beyond AMAZING!! Started with a very sad phone call in February. Kristi came right to my house and we talked about my case, talked about a payment plan. Asked me to sleep on it and call her in the morning. Didnt need to sleep on the price (overly fair to me). She imme...dietly got me in on as a party to a CHIPS case. (The county took my son out of my ex's home) She informed me that it might not end there and could turn into a custody case, and she would continue to represent me no matter how long it took. Kristi continued to fight the county in court over and over for months so my son could come home with me. Always keeping me very informed on every detail, either by email or by phone. She was up against not only the county but my ex wife who is a pathological liar and is very manipulative and her 4 different attorneys. Kristi took alot of her time appearing in court on my behalf driving to the cities sometimes 3 times a week. She also met witnesses that would help my case, and may have helped my sons little sister in the process also. I wish I could tell you everything and every detail about my case but I cant. I can tell you that Kristi is amazing, and she fights very hard for you as a client, and talks to you as a friend and leaves out no secrets. Thanks to her I have my son back full time in my house with the rest of my family, including mine and my fiance's children. His mom only gets a few hours every other weekend with him, for his safety. We retained Kristi for a child custody case that was a mess from the start. It involved 2 children that the mother had already separated and basically abandoned one of them. Kristi listened to all of our concerns about the children and she didn't pull any stops to make sure that we didn't stop until ...we got custody of both children. I think if we wouldn't have had Kristi that both of these kids would not be living with us now. Or we would still be sitting in a court room week after week. With everything that Kristi was able to find out we were in and out of court in one day. Never even made it to trial. Kristi didn't put down any stops in our case. To this day I now communicate with Kristi about 2 of my own cases and about one more for my boyfriend. Kristi is very knowlagable in child custody and child suprt. We have given out her card to everyone we know that is looking for a good attorney and would continue to use Kristi for any other cases regarding child support and custody
