Kristi Ann Fox

Mrs. Fox has absolutely saved and changed my life and my kids as well. I have never met a attorney who actually really cared about my children, each one of them, not only did she care for all five of them including my autistic son but she stood up for them and fought with everything she had to keep ...them safe and because of this SUPER LAWYER they have all lived much better lives since Mrs. Fox came into their lives when I hired her to help me protect them. Never in my life have I seen another attorney truly care about kids like this one, she even forgave my bill owed to her before Christmas so I could buy them gifts and I remember her saying she did this for all of her clients with kids during Christmastime. Me and my kids consider this attorney part of our family and we will never forget her.

I recently came across a situation where I needed legal counsel once again in my life and I put it off for much longer than I should have done because there is only one name that crossed my mind and literally I am devastated to have learned from this website that she has taken a break from the practi...ce of law and Godspeed in her recovery from whatever disability she may be facing at this time. I'll rewind about 15 years now when I had the absolute pleasure of working with Miss Fox (who absolutely insisted I call her by her first name, so I will try my hardest to do so with all due respect to Kristi, through the following) and to this day, I tell everyone I meet that this woman saved My Life as well as my children's lives and I'm not sure that I should be sharing this with everyone but she actually did it, spent hundreds of hours, getting me and my children to a safe space, doing everything she could to protect us from an abusive situation that almost repeatedly cost us our lives, made herself available to me literally 24/7 including multiple calls at 2:00 a.m. 3:00 a.m. anytime I needed her, held my hand in court when I had no choice but to face a person I loved so much but was terrified of even looking at, she went above and beyond and helping me arrange housing, food, even Christmas presents when I had to start over with absolutely nothing, she reached out and spoke to other professionals before finding the perfect one who is willing to help my children overcome some serious trauma that they had witnessed and I can't even begin to list all of the additional things Kristi did for me, including even encourage me, help me apply for and actually showed up to my first day of a college program, after encouraging me to get my GED and Chase my dreams of becoming a business owner. Because of this woman I went from an abused African-American mother of five too afraid that I would die to call a women's shelter but knowing I would absolutely die if I stayed, to becoming the proud single mother owner of a corporation that now employs over 100 full time amazing people (we lost touch somewhere down that road but Kristi, if you are reading this, I did it girl because of you! I hope you remember and would absolutely love to hear from you and I could never pay you back for what you did for my family and myself but I sure would like to try to do something to even up this debt) what made Kristi an angel a true gift from God was the fact that she knew I had nothing and did this for us without charging me a dime. There is no one in my life I have ever run across that has ever been as kind gracious understanding humble and all around I repeat a true gift from God, then this woman right here. I could say a million more things and give a million more examples supporting my impressions of Kristi, but in summary all I'm going to say is if you ever get the opportunity to work with this Angel, I am certain you will see them for yourself from day one to the end. I mean this Miss Fox, Kristi, if you see this you know who I am please please please reach out to me because I really would like to say thank you one more time myself.

My Children 5, and 3, were in terrible situations, and going through abuse, in their home environment. As a male, I had no idea what to do, to help my children, or what my rights were. I was being threatened by my ex constantly , whenever I tried to stick up for what was right. I would try to sugges...t carefully that things change in my kids home for there wellfare. I was hung up on , blown off. I was taunted about having no rights when I just wanted to get my children to have redemption for their situations. My ex would say, " yeah right no judge would ever let you have the kids , you don't have any rights " , " I can do whatever, they are my kids ......." I would ask my ex, for my 5 and 3 year old to be protected from people and situations , which I knew were constantly harming my kids . I don't know how many times I was threatened , " you have no say, take me to court then you ******* ". I felt trapped and helpless to help my children while I watched their well-beings suffer, and this was devastating One last night of my ex threatening " you have no rights , take me to court then you son of a *****" , after trying to stick up for the well being of my kids, I was desperate for a resolve for their lives ! I called Kristi , and she made time for me immediately, even though it was clear she was already overbooked. I sat down with Kristi Fox, and for the first time felt hope, and that there was reassurance for my childrens futures, and safety. She sat across the table, believed in me, and educated me, that there was ways to help my kids and what those methods were. While we had a dialogue, I noticed her locking in on my description of my situation, intently. She carefully listened, and knew immediately what suggestions she wanted to make, and pointed out precisely why. After being told things for years, with out consulting good Counsel, “ I had no choice”,” no way to help my kids”,” no say”,” no rights”, I literally believed these, until Kristi Fox gave me understanding that I could help my kids as a male parent, through her counsel. She is also a soccer Mom, and a single parent of 4, very busy, and very involved in many various Community Programs as leadership. If you and Kristi work together on a case, please try to remember that she is a highly involved committed person wearing many hats day to day. You will NOT find a better lawyer at a more reasonable rate. Her rates are more than generous, and the value of her expertise and servitude towards clients strongly outweighs her costs to clients.
