Best decision I’ve ever made!!

I couldn’t find a better lawyer who had my interest in the forefront. Her staff is very knowledgeable and experienced. My calls or questions never went unanswered. Katherine kept me posted on every aspect of my case. She was fair but she made sure that Me and my girls were not cheated out of our righ...tful settlement. Even though it was the most stressful event in my life she and her staff made it as sress free as possible. I trusted her and her staff completely to represent me and they were very supportive .

Not What I Expected

Ms. Arn was the first attorney I spoke with about my situation. My husband filed for divorce and I needed someone to review the paperwork and provide me professional advice. She was punctual with the telephone consultation but she sounded annoyed by my story. I was trying to paint her a picture of my... situation and she basically wanted to know what I wanted. I asked for her fee and she charges $325 and her assistant is $300...the only difference is that she is the boss. Why would I want someone who doesn’t want to listen to my story to represent me? If I happen to catch her on a bad day...how often does she have bad day? Does she usually take it out on potential clients? Hope you’re having a better day today. But no thank you...I’m sure I can find an attorney that will more than gladly take my money.

I reached out to Lisa directly as soon as she posted her review and apologized to her if I sounded short. However, I think she was probably right. I had a personal problem on my mind that morning and was not feeling myself. So, for that I am sorry. However, I do want to take this opportunity to let Lisa and others know, that unlike many attorneys I offer free telephone consultations. I do this for two reasons: One, because I believe that a client’s relationship with their family lawyer is highly personal and must be a good fit. I don’t believe that a client should have to pay me to find out if I am likely or not to be someone they would feel comfortable working with. Two, I want to give people some initial direction about their case. For example, whether a more comprehensive consultation is in order or whether other resources might be more suited to their situation. I probably give on average 8-10 free consultations each week and these can last anywhere from 15 to 45 minutes, depending on the situation. New family law clients often do not always know what information is most important in order for me to assess their situation. It is not that I am not interested in their story, it is that in order to give them the most useful information within the confines of a free consultation, I may need to ask them to give me different information than what seems most important to them at that moment. I think Lisa took my re-direction for information as my not caring about her story rather than my attempting to get information from her that would allow me to give her some immediate substantive legal and process advice about her situation.

Great Attorney

After the initial phone consultation I knew my divorce case will be handled with care and professionalism. Ms. Arn was very knowledgeable, thorough and reasonable. She not only guided me through all the steps of the proceedings, but she also was cautions and understanding when my emotions got the be...st of me. She always had the best interest of my kids in mind, and would make sure their needs were taken care of first. She was very supportive in this most sensitive and difficult time of my life. My divorce was very challenging and seemed to be taking forever- at least it felt like it- yet Ms. Arn made sure all the details are taken care of. I'm very happy I chose her to represent me and I'm ready to start a new chapter of my life.

Best Attorney

Mrs. Kimberly Arn is Amazing Believe me, you want to have a great attorney when you’re going through a great deal of emotional pain and suffering. Kim Arn at Arn Family Law is the real deal, she gets it. My divorce was very long,... competitive and sometimes confusing. Kim’s support was consistent and attention to detail was flawless. Kim always had me and my children’s best interest in the forefront of every decision made, we were her focus from start to finish. Kim was very responsive and attentive to my needs in one of my most sensitive and challenging times in my life. Kim always provided me with guidance that allowed me to make well informed decisions and took the time to ensure my understanding of the process during each step. Kim always took my thoughts, concerns, and input into consideration each step of the way and made sure I felt a part of the process, not outside of it. Kim was not only my attorney, but I think of her as a dear friend now. I know it was her job but I feel that the time and care she put into my case went above and beyond. My new life has started and it is a better one because of my knowledge of the system and in knowing there are wonderful people out there that truly care. Liz 2018

Outstanding Legal Reprentation

I was referred to Kimberly Arn through a friend. Just as she helped my friend successfully navigate through her divorce, she did for me as well - and more. As my divorce became increasingly difficult in every possible way, due to my now ex-husband's ruthless desire to attempt to take sole custody o...f our son, to avoid paying me anything I was entitled to after almost ten years of marriage, and his attempts to draw out every aspect of our custody and divorce pleadings to bankrupt me or make me succumb to his quest for sole custody by making me run out of money - Kimberly was able to help me navigate all legal, financial channels, as well as give me respectable, direct and compassionate advice in every way. Kimberly knew ways to keep my litigation direct and focused, with advice that was positive for my case, as well as money-conscience. What I wanted to be an amicable divorce turned very ugly because of my ex husband took a huge emotional toll on myself and my family. Kimberly came to feel like family to us, as her support was enduring, personable, and very successful! With Kimberly's guidance, I was able to finally divorce, settle custody, and now can move on with a huge weight off my mind and heart. My family and I are forever grateful for Kimberly'!
