After Davis Wright Tremaine LLP, Ken established his own law firm and focused his practice on a wide range of business transactions, corporate finance, real estate, and commercial litigation for small, medium-sized, and large businesses throughout the Pacific Northwest. During this time, he was also appointed to the Board of Governors for the Oregon State Bar and eventually served as Vice-President and Chair of the Access to Justice Committee. He also served as a member of the Standing Committee on Paralegal Education for the American Bar Association and the Lawyer Referral and Information Services Committee.

Excessive Billing and Sudden Closure
Kenneth dragged a case out for more than a year and a half, billed excessively for unnecessary documents and just recently and abruptly closed his firm. The Oregon State Bar has confirmed that he has prosecution pending for mismanaging, possibly stealing client funds. Stay away.
