My daughter was diagnosed with autism and. ADHD. She was experiencing a bullying issue with a principal at school. As a parent your first instinct is to want to protect your child. I wasn't sure what to do! I was frustrated! After many prayers GOD lead me to Karri Axtell. When I called, I was sure K...arri would tell me she would not be able to help me. However, it was the exact opposite. I absolutely loved speaking with her. She gave me incredible feedback and legal advice. If you require a lawyer who understands Texas and Federal school laws that relate to students with disabilities I highly recommend Ms. Axtell as your selection. She was able to review the data we provided and put together a presentation that forced the Nacogdoches ISD to acknowledge that they failed ...to follow our child’s IEP during his ARD meeting.
