I was a chapter 13 clients of McMurray law firm.. chapter 13 can be rather complicated. That's why they got one star. If it were not for that fact it would be zero. Now to the title explanation. They're law firm communication system is designed to keep you away. Meaning they do not want to hear from ...you in any circumstance. You're appointed contact person such as r Rodriguez will not return emails to your questions that are important to you. He just won't respond if he feels that your question is not important in his mind. As with the attorney McMurray. You'll just never see him or even hear from him. There's no way to get a hold of him. He is insulated between three to four layers. Don't even bother. They subcontract out work for your bankruptcy hearing. Meaning they contact a local attorney who may or may not be a bankruptcy attorney to attend with you to your bankruptcy hearing. The one I had actually I felt almost fell asleep when being interviewed at the trustee with myself. He looked like he was bored out of his mind. Be careful with your payments to this firm. I made mine in person at the Ocala Florida office and there was some confusion later in which I needed to prove my payment with an electronic copy of my receipt. I feel that I could have done better picking a bankruptcy attorney if I close my eyes and my finger pointed to a name on a screen. If you care to have a frustrating experience with your bankruptcy to make it even more frustrating then these are the people for you. I am going to post this anonymously because after all they are attorneys.

I used Jacksonville location. My divorce lawyer prepared wrong documents. Consulted 4 lawyers and the cheapest one wanted to fix it $2000.00 and all of them said that only option is guardianship. Well attorney who i spoke with was able to fix it with corrected quick claim deed taking less than $500!!...! On top of it when i had question and emailed office, lawyer responded to me and as soon deed was recorded lawyer emailed me pdf file with information that it has been done and i should be receiving document from court in few days! I would recommend this law office to anyone! I never leave any rating but in this case I really think the office deserves it! Thank you
