Jennifer help out with a violation of probation case.. She always keep it straight forward explaining the possibilities and hurtful points concerning the case. Any questions I had about the case if she didn't have a answer later she would call with some type of information... Jennifer always kept cl...ient first if she was in court or busy she would let u know but also ask what's the concern are how could she help...We I say she take pride in her work it shows..Once more I appreciate the time and effort she put towards my case and I recommend her anyday.

I am so grateful to have been referred to Ms. Fitzgerald. The day of my subpoena appearance she was recommended to me by several people whom in which I did not know!!! Jennifer is a great attorney. Unlike other attorneys she exhausted all resources to help my case. I also like the fact that she doesn't mind repeating herself. I was going thru a DUI charge and with something that serious you comprehend what your lawyer is saying but you have so many things your wor...ring about like going to jail and permanently having a record that you forget. But she remained patient and always kept me in the loop with texts, calls, and emails. I never felt like I was just a paycheck to her. She had compassion for me and always treated me respectfully and professionally. Everyone's outcome is different but mine did work out in my favor thank GOD. All I can say is amazing! I made a mistake and was suggested by a friend and met with her. I was comfortable right off the bat. She was very attentive and honest. I had gone to court for the third time, which was not my final court day and she went in to speak to the DA, came out and told me it w...as over and the DA dismissed it. Was I relieved!! We went before the judge, she announced the dismissal, headed to get my expungement and it was over that quick. Not only did she work for me, she also had me to go upstairs and have if taken off the system that jobs use to check backgrounds when looking for employment. I was pleased that she gave me everything I needed to do without asking. I had no idea that it was in a system and needed to have it expunged, Thank GOD for Jennifer. Again amazing!!
