Jennifer Danielle Fitzgerald

Jennifer is a great attorney. Unlike other attorneys she exhausted all resources to help my case. I also like the fact that she doesn't mind repeating herself. I was going thru a DUI charge and with something that serious you comprehend what your lawyer is saying but you have so many things your wor...ring about like going to jail and permanently having a record that you forget. But she remained patient and always kept me in the loop with texts, calls, and emails. I never felt like I was just a paycheck to her. She had compassion for me and always treated me respectfully and professionally. Everyone's outcome is different but mine did work out in my favor thank GOD. Jennifer Fitzgerald was not the first attoney I hired for my case so I am greatful GOD allowed me to choose her because she was worth every penny!

If I could use one word to describe Ms.Fitzgerald it would be AMAZING. I previously had a gun charge for possession of a firearm after getting pulled over for a traffic violation. Honestly, I was a first time offender and didn't know what to do. I didn't know my rights, options or steps to take in ge...tting the charges reduced. Luckily for me I had a friend Ms. Fitzgerald was currently representing that introduced me to her. Once she took on my case she thoroughly explained what I was facing and the options I had with this being a first offense. I followed her instructions step by step to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. After a lot of hard work and negotiations with the prosecutor she was able to get my charges dismissed and expunged. I couldn't believe it bc I had no jail time, minimal court cost, no probation, and walked out a free man. Without her I don't know what would've happened but thank god I had her in my corner. She was an angel sent from above!!!
