I am so grateful to have been referred to Ms. Fitzgerald. The day of my subpoena appearance she was recommended to me by several people whom in which I did not know!!! I did not have legal representation and was in court so lost as to what the process would be. I called her and she met within 30 m...inutes of speaking with her!!! I highly recommend Ms. Fitzgerald. (I cannot say that enough) I hired her twice because my first case was dismissed and expunged off my record. My second time hiring her the case was also dismissed and expunged! She was truly a God send. I was facing felony charges and now my record is back clean!!! She is professional and more than anything well aware of law. All I can say is amazing! I made a mistake and was suggested by a friend and met with her. I was comfortable right off the bat. She was very attentive and honest. I had gone to court for the third time, which was not my final court day and she went in to speak to the DA, came out and told me it w...as over and the DA dismissed it. Was I relieved!! We went before the judge, she announced the dismissal, headed to get my expungement and it was over that quick. Not only did she work for me, she also had me to go upstairs and have if taken off the system that jobs use to check backgrounds when looking for employment. I was pleased that she gave me everything I needed to do without asking. I had no idea that it was in a system and needed to have it expunged, Thank GOD for Jennifer. Again amazing!!

If I could use one word to describe Ms.Fitzgerald it would be AMAZING. I previously had a gun charge for possession of a firearm after getting pulled over for a traffic violation. Honestly, I was a first time offender and didn't know what to do. I didn't know my rights, options or steps to take in ge...tting the charges reduced. Luckily for me I had a friend Ms. Fitzgerald was currently representing that introduced me to her. Once she took on my case she thoroughly explained what I was facing and the options I had with this being a first offense. I followed her instructions step by step to make sure I didn't make any mistakes. After a lot of hard work and negotiations with the prosecutor she was able to get my charges dismissed and expunged. I couldn't believe it bc I had no jail time, minimal court cost, no probation, and walked out a free man. Without her I don't know what would've happened but thank god I had her in my corner. She was an angel sent from above!!!
