James Bennett Coulter III

When I first came to James's office I was looking at 3 charges of battery, I was scared, and felt extremely hopeless. Throughout everything thing I went through I was definitely treated amazing, he made me feel like I was his only client. Also, every time I had to walk into the courtroom he made me f...eel at ease; and knowing that everything was going to be okay. His staff is so organized and nice, they all new me by the sound of my voice on the phone even if I hadn't talked to them in a while. Well the trial is over and I walked away with barely anything, thanks to James I can finally turn the next chapter of my life and go through everything with confidence and hope. I am truly grateful that James was there with me when I was facing some serious charges, now I feel relieved that everything turned out better than I thought it would. I would DEFINATELY use James Coulter as a lawyer again! Without a doubt!

I was very impressed with Monique Nelson and Mr. Coulter right away. I've never thought very much of attorneys in general, but this firm from the very beginning showed they truly care about their clients. Mr. Coulter always returned my calls in a very timely manner and never made me feel ignorant o...r stupid for asking questions that may have been redundant to him. I have experienced this attitude from other attorneys in the past, but never having been in a legal situation like this, I was scared to death. The outcome was far better than I had expected and Mr. Coulter has the patience of a saint, but he will tell you like it is. I will always be grateful for this man and I truly hope that there are more attorneys like him or should strive to be like him. I know the judicial system is often unfair and very unclear, but I have a renewed faith that there are attorneys who do care. I never met his partner Mark Germain, but I know he was part of the team effort for this entire firm. Hiring an attorney is not something most people enjoy doing, but if you find yourself in circumstances that require this, make the decision to retain Mr. Coulter and his firm.

My husband had a car accident and we hired Mr. Coulter. We could not be happier with the outcome of our case. We were so stressed out before we hired him with trying to deal with the insurance companies. As soon as we hired him he took control. He communicated with us often and we felt he was fig...hting for us. We greatly appreciate everything he did for us!

James took care of everything for me after my car accident. He dealt with the insurance company's representative who would not work with me at all. He kept me informed during the whole process which took a while to conclude. Would recommend him to anyone with a personal injury. He did everything... he said he would do and then went above that bar. 10/10

Hired for a speeding ticket, my driving record is not the best, but I witnessed Mr. Coulter apply his skill set which led to an adjudication of guilt being withheld. He reached out to the officer involved in the case, and was successful in getting the officer to agree to adjudication withheld, with a... fine. If I can offer my suggestion, dress appropriately for court. Thank you Mr. Coulter, good work today!
