Biography
Franklin was born and raised in Knoxville, Tennessee and graduated from West High School in 2006. He graduated from the University of the South, more commonly known as Sewanee, in 2010. While at Sewanee he participated in Residential Life and the Swim Team and earned several academic accolades. Following graduation from Sewaee, Franklin attended the University of Memphis for law school. While in law school he was a staff member of the University of Memphis Law Review and was recognized for academic achievement several times. Franklin has experience in criminal defense, civil litigation, juvenile defense, and immigration law.
