Biography
For the last 20 years, my practice has been exclusive to divorce and family law cases. I resolve the majority cases without litigation.
I routinely navigate complex child custody matters, both inside and outside of the courtroom setting. I address a range of custody issues, including unique custody arrangements/agreements, parental alienation concerns, restricting parental responsibilities, dealing with a narcissistic parent and relocation cases. I customarily work with child psychologists and custody evaluators, and am highly proficient with relevant psychological literature that I draw upon in representing my clients.
I have extensive knowledge of financial principles applicable to divorce, enabling superior asset/liability allocation, discovery of hidden income/assets, optimal tax allocation and support payment litigation. Examples of specific contexts include litigation involving:
