Hasan Abul Bajwa

Mr. Bajwa was not the attorney originally assigned to my case. When my attorney was out sick, he stepped in to help me and that same day he stepped up and informed the courts that he was going to take on my case (which really had no incentive for him or anyone else). He worked with me to get the ...results I believed I could achieve and I wish I had met him sooner so that I could have saved myself some heartache along the way. He doesn’t compromise the well-being of his clients and he does EVERYTHING to ensure his clients are well-prepared and protected. Mr. Bajwa represented me in a DUI case. I was fighting my case for 13 months, and 3 weeks before my trial my Attorney was moved. Mr. Bajwa came in to represent me and we only had 3 weeks to prepare before trial. He prepared himself to the representation I wanted. He was very focused on my case and s...tudied it well. He gave a very strong argument to the Witness, the Expert Witness, Officers, and the District Attorney. Although we didn't get the charges dismissed, I was very pleased with the outcome, 80% not guilty. Mr. Bajwa gave 110% at my trial and kicked the DA's butt.
