My family has been consulting with Rick Davis for years. He has assisted my 2 daughters with legal issues related to tenant/landlord issues. Rick is very personable and concise with his work. He is not afraid to go the extra mile in order to provide us with excellent representation. Rick clearly puts... our interests before his own! He has also assisted my wife and I with document review and advice. I recommend him to anyone looking for a great attorney.

Can't ask for any better

So, my wife and I are facing marijuana paraphernalia charges, as well as a eviction due to the paraphernalia charges. Our landlord had also chosen to try and withhold a state check to assist us with our utilities because she was in the process of evicting us. One and a half sentences into my brief su...mmary of my case and Rick already knew what was happening. We argued for hours with our landlord about the check and she wouldn't budge. 30 mins after Rick got his teeth into her, we had our check hand delivered to our front door by our landlord with a smile on her face, and regret in her eyes. Regret that she messed with someone who has Frederick Martin Davis in their corner. Our case isn't over yet, but the amount of elbow grease Rick put into our case only 30 minutes in, is amazing and by far the BEST you can ask for. Professional, Knowledgeable, Connected, and in touch with reality. You don't wanna pass this one up.
