Mislead

Consulted with Mr. Davis about my former employer keeping my money, long story short...Mr. Davis told me he would gladly represent me pro bono, and was willing to come to my county to court for me. He even told me that after he sent a letter to my former employer that he would be involved....Today, ...Mr. Davis says I will have to file the papers and represent myself, and that he decided that he has taken too many pro bono cases and will not take another. Do not send him personal info if youre not paying him.
