ERIC VALLEY IS A JOKE! We tried to hire him last September to help with "just information" regarding property removal. What a misogynist avoid at all costs
This sometimes bar approved attorney is course chauvinistic and totally inappropriate. Avoid at all costs if you are male he will make your situation much worse. Female he is impotent and blames women for his inadequacies.

“Avvo sucks - everybody knows that. In 2017 the bar asked me to change one line in my flat fee agreement. In '91 I left New York and stopped paying dues - 8 years later they suspended me with no notice; in 2014 New York informed the Washington bar, which sent me a letter (my first notice that New York had done anything) telling me, so I resigned from New York. Avvo gets this actionably wrong, but good luck suing Avvo. Again, Avvo sucks - parasites.”
