Eric Valley

Eric valley is a terrible attorney. The only tactic he has is to cut people off when talking. He seems to only like to represent females that he has power over. He attempts to Harass and intimidate people until they begins to fear him and cave to his commands. It doesn’t matter if you are a client o...r defendant... if he doesn’t get what he wants he will turn on you. He has no professionalism. He will come into your work with customers there and cuss you out. People in the legal community refer to Eric as sloppy and annoying... especially in the court room. If you are female he will say that he will complete your case pro Bono but if he ends up losing he will go after you for the money. Avoid him at all costs. Not worth the headache and you will only be frustrated when he fails to represent you!

Mr. Valley did not respond in a timely manner, did not keep me informed or appear knowledgeable about criminal defense. I ended up meeting with another attorney who got my case dismissed. Mr. Valley was telling me to take my case to trial, which clearly wasn't necessary. I felt like a wallet and n...ot a client.

Eric helped me out with a case this year when I was getting a divorce. He and his staff worked with me and kept me sane at a time when I needed it. He was able to help me get support that I needed and made sure that the other attorney didn't just run me over like my ex...I would recommend him to an...yone that needs a good well informed hard working for you attorney!
