Terrible attorney
Eric valley is a terrible attorney. The only tactic he has is to cut people off when talking. He seems to only like to represent females that he has power over. He attempts to Harass and intimidate people until they begins to fear him and cave to his commands. It doesn’t matter if you are a client o...

Poor Service
Mr. Valley did not respond in a timely manner, did not keep me informed or appear knowledgeable about criminal defense. I ended up meeting with another attorney who got my case dismissed. Mr. Valley was telling me to take my case to trial, which clearly wasn't necessary. I felt like a wallet and n...

Eric gets a job done!
Eric helped me out with a case this year when I was getting a divorce. He and his staff worked with me and kept me sane at a time when I needed it. He was able to help me get support that I needed and made sure that the other attorney didn't just run me over like my ex...I would recommend him to an...

Excellent attorney. Would definitely recommend!
I just recently had the privilege of having Mr. Valley assigned to handle a case I was fighting in reference to a DWLS 3rd. Very factual, very honest and very knowledgeable about law as far as I can tell. He went to bat for me in a number of hearings and I would surely recommend his services.

GREAT LAWYER
This was the first time I ever personally hired a lawyer and was in desperate need of help. I was looking for somebody that would be aggressive and go right to work for me; Eric Valley did just that. I received a personal phone call from him and he immediately went to work for me. Along the way, he w...
"I endorse this lawyer. Eric is a tireless advocate for his clients. I have worked with him on several matters. He has a thorough knowledge of the law and makes creative and successful arguments. I highly recommend him."
"I endorse Eric without reservation. We first met as deputy prosecutors many years ago. At that time Eric was assigned to appellate matters and complex civil litigation frequently involving land use issues. Today Eric has a broader litigation practice that includes criminal and civil matters. Eric is brilliant, well-versed in the law and passionate when it comes to representing his clients. I endorse him without reservation."

“Avvo sucks - everybody knows that. In 2017 the bar asked me to change one line in my flat fee agreement. In '91 I left New York and stopped paying dues - 8 years later they suspended me with no notice; in 2014 New York informed the Washington bar, which sent me a letter (my first notice that New York had done anything) telling me, so I resigned from New York. Avvo gets this actionably wrong, but good luck suing Avvo. Again, Avvo sucks - parasites.”
