Affordable Care Act and ERISA Concerns
George is and always been very helpful to me on questions I have regarding employee benefit plans. It is challenging working through all of the provisions of the Affordable Care Act. I feel confident in the research and opinions that he has provided me on various scenarios with ACA. He is always very responsive and I will continue to use his firm as a primary resource for my employee benefit legal questions. I happily recommend his services.

I have known George since the early 1990s. He is one of the most honest, conscientious, and extraordinarly competent attorneys I have ever known. George's wealth of experience over the years has provided him with the depth of knowledge he now so skillfully utilizes at the law firm he founded a few years ago nearer his roots in the West.
