Updated Our Trust

Ms. Foehr did an excellent job helping to rewrite our Trust due to changes in the law in 2013. Very patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all of our questions to ensure our complete understanding of the changes our Trust needed to reflect our needs and desires.

ESTATE PLANNING

Emily was very knowledgeable and professional during the two training sessions I had with her. It helped me have a great starting point and understanding of the task ahead. I am very impressed with her ability to impart technical information in an understanding manner!

Friendly, knowledgeable...

Emily helped us with our estate planning and living trust, and even answered some questions we had about my father-in-law's estate after he passed away and my husband became the executor of his estate. She was very easy to talk to, and I felt she was certainly worthy of our trust.

Estate Planning with Emily A. Foehr

I had been putting off getting a living trust done for far too long. I attended two of Emily's classes through the Learning Exchange on wills and trusts before deciding to hire her to start the necessary paperwork. I found Emily to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient in answering ques...tions, and responsive, She made the entire process of creating a living trust as painless as possible.
