Estate Planning

I was referred by my brother and we were planning on Estate Planning. We had a conversation with Emily and she did an excellent job in explaining Living Trust and Wills. She helped us create the Living Trust and Will and was there when we had questions.

Emily is exceptional! In regards to my Trust, she explained everything in terms that I understood. Emily is very personable and I would highly recommend her.

Estate Planning

Emily was very perceptive of verbal ques and body language during our initial interview. Also, Emily was very personable and precise in her own communication skill. Few guestions were necessary from us for further clarification. Me and my wife were satisfied with the proposed family trust presen...tation and paid for her service in full at the initial interview. Documents were provided to us in a timely and well organized package.

Very competent and enthusiastic

Emily is the ideal family estate planning lawyer. She is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. It is easy to share information and goals with her, and accomplish a good estate plan/updated trust or other financial/legal combinations with her.

Estate Planning with Emily A. Foehr

I had been putting off getting a living trust done for far too long. I attended two of Emily's classes through the Learning Exchange on wills and trusts before deciding to hire her to start the necessary paperwork. I found Emily to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient in answering ques...tions, and responsive, She made the entire process of creating a living trust as painless as possible. I can't thank her enough!
