I attended a Lecture at UOP presented by our OLLI( Osher Lifelong Institute) program byEmily A Foehr. She presented an excellent outline for Estate Planning & answered questions. I was impressed with her professional info. I made an appointment & received outstanding advice.

Very competent and enthusiastic

Emily is the ideal family estate planning lawyer. She is very knowledgeable, personable and efficient. It is easy to share information and goals with her, and accomplish a good estate plan/updated trust or other financial/legal combinations with her.

Estate Planning with Emily A. Foehr

I had been putting off getting a living trust done for far too long. I attended two of Emily's classes through the Learning Exchange on wills and trusts before deciding to hire her to start the necessary paperwork. I found Emily to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient in answering ques...tions, and responsive, She made the entire process of creating a living trust as painless as possible. I can't thank her enough!

Emily A. Foehr -- Outstanding Estate Planning Attorney

We needed comprehensive estate planning services and contacted Drobny Law Offices in Sacramento, CA for assistance. Emily was assigned to help us and she did an outstanding job in all respects. We were in a rush to get the new estate documents completed prior to going to Spain on vacation. Everythin...g was prepared perfectly and expeditiously in accordance with our needs. Emily reviewed all aspects of our estate planning documents with us at signing to be sure we understood everything and to address any questions. Her extensive knowledge and thorough command of the subject matter at hand was very evident. She is very efficient, straight forward and an excellent communicator. We highly recommend Emily for estate planning services.

Excellent service, very professional

She was very responsive to our myriad of questions and was willing to walk through the whole living trust page by page, paragraph by paragraph without making my husband and I feel rushed or unintelligent. She was knowlegable but still broken down the legal wording into normally English for me.
