Mother's family trust

Philip assisted us with the changes to the trust and power of attorney due my my mothers Alzheimer condition. He was very helpful and patient during this difficult time.

Create Family Trust

We met with Atty. Philip Sousa who explained to us the importance and advantages of creating a trust. We have talked with other trust attorneys before but when we met Atty. Sousa, we immediately trusted his knowledge and professionalism. He is friendly and courteous & was thorough in answering all o...ur questions during meetings prior to the creation & signing of the trust 2 weeks later.

Updated our Trust

We met with Mr. Sousa and he explained the advantages to updating our trust which was written a number of years ago. He explained everything to our satisfaction and we decided to do the update. A month later we signed all the papers and everything was explained to us in detail. We were very happy wit...h our experience with Mr. Sousa.

professional and thorough

MY HUSBAND AND I RECENTLY MET WITH MR. SOUSA TO UPDATE OUR TRUST. HE WAS VERY THOROUGH IN EXPLAINING ALL OF THE CHANGES IN THE LAW THAT HAD BEEN MADE SINCE OUR ORIGINAL TRUST WAS PUT IN PLACE. HE REVIEWED OUR TRUST IN DETAIL AND SUGGESTED CHANGES MORE APPROPRIATE FOR OUR CURRENT SITUATION. ' WOUL...D HIGHLY RECOMMEND LINDA
