Estate Planning

I was referred by my brother and we were planning on Estate Planning. We had a conversation with Emily and she did an excellent job in explaining Living Trust and Wills. She helped us create the Living Trust and Will and was there when we had questions.

Estate Planning with Emily A. Foehr

I had been putting off getting a living trust done for far too long. I attended two of Emily's classes through the Learning Exchange on wills and trusts before deciding to hire her to start the necessary paperwork. I found Emily to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, patient in answering ques...tions, and responsive, She made the entire process of creating a living trust as painless as possible. Excellent service, very professional

She was very responsive to our myriad of questions and was willing to walk through the whole living trust page by page, paragraph by paragraph without making my husband and I feel rushed or unintelligent. She was knowlegable but still broken down the legal wording into normally English for me.
