Excellent Service, Very Professional Family Trust Preparation

Emily made the handling our estate needs very easy. She explained what the legal requirements were in a manner we could understand. The final documents were presented in a package that should make it very easy for our trust's executor to carry out our wishes.

Extremely Trustworthy

My husband and I needed to do a trust for peace of mind with our legal financial and medical wishes and required a lawyer whom we felt was knowledgeable and whom we could trust due to our lack of experience with legal issues. Ms. Foehr proved to be the person we needed. We felt very comfortable with ...her. She was very knowlegeable and we immediately felt very comfortable with her. She was able to clearly explain our doubts and handled our estate planning very effectively. I have a disabled son and was effectively advised in having him protected.

Family Trust Preparation
