Merry Christmas! This has been a heavier hearted year, Even though my case is not solved yet, it does not change the facts up to this point. Brian has dealt with my in jail panic freak outs twice (too many times), before he got me out of jail very quickly (Thank God & my legal team of course!), so he... was present for me all the time inside, and I realized he meant it when he said he was not going to abandon me. "It's going to take a lot more to get rid of me" were his words to me as I sat behind glass angry at the world, and during the hardest time of my entire life. Having a lawyer who you can help them to help you by not having to worry about being judged is something that shouldn't be taken for granted. Having my interactions with Brian, I do not have to worry about someone not believing me or not believing IN me, and I get treated like a human being and involved as much as I'd like to be (in laymen terms if need be), and I know what is going on throughout my case and it makes everything a little less stressful because fear of the unknown is already stressful enough when you are talking about your life. Who wants to live with that cloud of uncertainty hanging over your future and your mind? Thankfully, Tonya cares enough to have done forms of talk downs during some of my phone calls when the stress was too much before and Brian has always made time when I was so scared. I am still scared, it makes just enough mental relief to really be life altering, with a team like The Law Offices of Brian White and his paralegal Tonya McKeown. Brian and his office were really helpful when my son was arrested for smuggling. I’m in a town far away in a different state but they were able to get messages to my son and get us connected by phone (thank you Tonya!). Brian worked magic and got the charges against my son dropped! And trust me,... he did not have a strong case.
