Biography
I devote my practice to helping North Carolina individuals and families with estate planning; probate administration; and disputes arising out of estate planning, probate, power of attorney, incompetency and guardianship situations.
I represent clients throughout North Carolina. Over the course of my career, I have represented individuals and businesses through all stages of litigation including appeals to the North Carolina Court of Appeals. I am admitted in all Federal District Courts in North Carolina and I have appeared in many North Carolina counties.
