Denise was the third attorney who represented me, as the Personal Representative, in a highly contested and litigious probate estate that spanned 10 years. I hired Denise after having a poor experience with a lawyer that was recommended through family. My father had passed away without a will and I needed to become the representative of the estate. After waiting 4 months on the other lawyer and taking time off from work to travel to Massachusetts to mee...t with him I hired Denise. In less than 10 business days she had me appointed as the representative of the estate. I also had to go through probate court for a license to sell my father's home and she handled that process even faster. You always hear stories that Mass probate court is a nightmare but Denise made the process seem easy and seamless (although I am sure she had to jump through hoops to get everything done so quickly). We conducted everything via phone, email and mail. She made a very emotional and stressful process manageable.

Denise assisted me during a very confusing and frightening time. I never had a question go unanswered. She was patient with questions and anxieties about the case. Denise was of great help when i needed it most. I didn't know anything about Estate Planning, how a Trust worked, or how to correctly obtain a Will.
