Quick, user friendly, great advice

David helped us out with a unique situation and provided advice on what not to do and what to do. He help us pen a cease and desist and ultimately resolved the issue for us.

Big picture and tactical advice.

David provided great quick insight and gave me advice on how to proceed. He also explained the big picture of what I was dealing with which was very helpful to have his perspective.

Expert California Employment Law Attorney - Responsive and Professional

David provided excellent guidance throughout my negotiations on my California employment agreement, with quick, timely responses. He expertly identified provisions that violated California law and advised me on critical points to push back on. He was even available to assist me during his break, and ...his direct communication with the other party's legal counsel to clarify necessary contract modifications was efficient and effective.
