Not So Great Experience

I engaged with this law firm and would like to share my experience to help others make an informed choice. I found the communication from the lawyer and their team to be less than satisfactory, which made me feel somewhat overlooked. There was a noticeable deficiency in both effective communication a...nd empathy, and my questions often went unaddressed in a thorough manner. This experience underscored for me the importance of choosing legal services that prioritize client engagement and professionalism. I recommend others carefully consider these aspects when selecting a law firm to ensure their needs are adequately met.

We provided a free initial consultation, which this reviewer (a well-compensated financial professional) acknowledged to be very helpful. During the consultation, we informed him that we would have to bill for our time if he wanted any further consultations. Several months later, he reached out and expressed interest in a further consultation. He would not, however, sign an engagement letter. He wanted us to provide him with more free legal services. We weren’t willing to do so.

Informative and Insightful

In the first meeting, David managed to pinpoint all important factual informations that can support the case from my summary. Afterwards, gave me what else I would need to do so I further improve my case and even follow up!
