Expert California Employment Law Attorney - Responsive and Professional

David provided excellent guidance throughout my negotiations on my California employment agreement, with quick, timely responses. He expertly identified provisions that violated California law and advised me on critical points to push back on. He was even available to assist me during his break, and ...his direct communication with the other party's legal counsel to clarify necessary contract modifications was efficient and effective.

Consultation regarding severance

David reviewed the documents I sent him and laid out my options very clearly in light of the employment contract I had with my employer and the labor laws relating to severance that applied to it. I was very happy with the consultation. It helped me to make a decision about my best path forward.
