Dana R Hogle

I had a hard DUI case in front of me, and probably would be spending time in prision right now. I hired Mr. Hogle to help me with my DUI case, because out of all the lawyers that I met with he was the only one that told me it was going to be a hard case, because of the issues in my case. The other at...torneys its seemed just wanted to sign me up, but didn't spend any time to really look at my case before they met with me. From day 1 Mr. Hogle was on top of my case, and because I hired the right lawyer I got a good result.

Dana was quick to collect the relevant information and walk me through what was significant in my situation. I felt I completely understood what I needed to do and what he would be doing. I felt like we worked together to successfully resolve my situation as quickly as possible, with the least amount... of cost and difficulty. Dana was supportive throughout the ordeal. I worked with Dana and Nate, so this review is for both of them. I was arrested in Mesa, and was referred to The Hogle Firm. I was my first offense / charge, and I felt that I was tricked, forced and words twisted while being questioned by the Mesa Police Dept. I was not in the right state of mind... with their intemmidation tactics. I was very scared and already had anxiety, which my doctors know about. The car I was driving wasn't mine, and I was taking a friend to work. I didn't know that this friend of mine had drugs on them. The car got seized for "evidence" I needed help fast, and Dana and Nate where there to help and they helped super quick!

I was just a year out of college - and a DUI changed my life. I only spook with one of my peers regarding legal matters, and since she both comes from a family of means and continually complains about how difficult it is to find a competent and responsive lawyer, I knew I had my work cut out for me ...in order to effectively respond to my DUI issues. After interviewing several firms, I chose to place The Hogle Firm on retainer. I worked primarily with Mr. Hogle, and to some extent Victoria Gutierrez. I was impressed by the responsiveness, energy, and face of the firm. The vast majority of my emails and phone calls were responded to that same day. It's clear the lawyers in this firm enjoy what they're doing, Mr Hogle prepared extensively for the key appearance in the case and brought strong arguments to the table. He presented reasonable arguments which fairly represented my case. Most importantly, at no point did I feel ethically or morally opposed to the logic used in our case, and I certainly can't say the same for the lawyers from the City of Mesa. In the end, the case outcome was impressive and the fee I paid was more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend with The Hogle Firm to anyone facing a DUI case.
