Excellent Service: 5 Star Rating

Clinton was very professional and dedicated when handling my case in Harris County. Not only did he keep in touch and make sure i knew every detail of my case but he was extremely punctual. He is always in court when he says he will be and never procrastinates in any aspect of the legal process whic...h makes the whole process much less stressful and time consuming. Mr. Portis is very punctual, which is very important in a courtroom setting and has never left me sitting in a courtroom for hours on end, waiting for him to arrive. He explains every thing in terms i could understand and was very receptive and understanding of anything I had to say. Not only is he a great lawyer, but a great person to do business with. I had no problems when dealing with Clinton and he got things done in the most efficient way possible. I would recommend him to anyone needing legal counsel.

Saved My Business

Mr. Portis represented my business in a lawsuit. Not only did we win, but we were awarded a judgment against the the people who had sued. Afterwards he helped with many of our business documents to ensure that we would avoid litigation in the future. I highly recommend!

He got my criminal charge dismissed and then expunged!

Mr. Portis worked with me on a payment plan and was able to get the DA to drop the case. Afterwards he helped me to get my record cleaned up and the case expunged before I finished Nursing School. Thank you!

Criminal case of family violence

I was falsely accused of a family violence, I hired Mr. Clinton B. Portis to represent me. He did everything I had asked and was able to dismiss my case. I am now able to get it expunged off of my record.
