I worked with Charles for several years to resolve my issues which included a lot of very difficult cases with a lot of twists & turns. Charles and I spent countless hours reviewing & preparing for the many cases over the course of those years. And no matter what Charles was on top of everything,... replying back to emails almost immediately most times, calling to discuss things & taking the time to make sure we had everything 100% perfect for the cases. I was able to get everything I wanted and more at the end of the day with the help of Charles. He understood what was in the best interest & fought hard to make that happen. Charles become a friend during that time that was very tough & went up and beyond many times for me. Great person, genuine, smart and I would highly recommend him to friends or family.
