Biography
I have a broad range of experience in personal injury, accident law, civil litigation, product liability and commercial disputes. Over the course of my legal career I have gained a unique perspective by severing as an attorney and law clerk in firms representing both Plaintiff interests as well as those engaged in insurance defense.
Subsequent to graduation from Nova Southeaster University Shepard Broad Law Center in 2002, I joined Baker & Zimmerman, an established Plaintiff’s Personal Injury, Product Liability and Medical Malpractice Law Firm in Boca Raton, Florida. In this capacity, I was involved in a wide range of cases involving auto accident victims, malpractice incidents, product liability and watercraft injuries. In 2004, I was recruited by the law firm of Young & Adams to head the Personal Injury Protection Litigation Department.
In order to realize my goal of creating a compassionate, accessible consumer driven firm, in 2005 I established the Law Offices of Jason P. Dollard in Delray Beach, Florida. Using my extensive contacts and broad range of experience I have enjoyed great success in recovering settlements for injury and accident victims as well as commercial litigation clients throughout South Florida and resides in Delray Beach.
