I was referred to Mr Balediata through a friend. I had a difficult unique immigration case. I had previously gone to two other lawyers that told me, "Sorry there is nothing more you can do." Mr. Balediata gave me very wise counsel that opened a door to a unique solution that none of the other lawye...rs even thought about. He gave me the resources I needed and has always been more than willing to assist me with questions that I have had along the way ALL without charge. I could not believe his generosity. He is a straight shooter and ethical lawyer. I trust him and have referred friends to his office. All have been pleased with his services as have I. I would never endorse anyone I didn't believe in or trust, especially a lawyer.

He helped me with my green card process and since the first time we talked he was very professional, polite and with a lot of experience about immigration. He accompanied us both, my wife and me, to the immigration interview and showed full knowledge of the process. Now, after few months I have recei...ved my green card without any issue and I'm very grateful to him. I widely recommend him to everyone who need this kind of services like me.

He gave us false information, and he is not up to date with immigration laws. He did not keep us informed about any changes in how our process was gonna work. He is a bad lawyer who doesn't know what he is doing. He says one thing that is wrong and then says that the laws change practically every ...day. It is better to go to the USCIS website and follow their instructions step by step. Or call USCIS and the will help you out. I strongly advice not to hire him. If you need a lawyer for immigration purposes go for another one, very unprofessional and he doesn't even know what he is selling you.

Mr. Balediata took my call when nobody did, and despite all the things going on in my head at the time with my family splitted, He was upfront with the truth from the beginning about my case and even though many other before and after him promised to solve my problem fast, It was just a waste of tim...e and money... At the end I followed his advice eventhough I never hired him and he did not received even a cent from me. AND THAT FACT ALONE speaks much more for the kind of LAWYER he is than just an anonnimous BEWARE... He is truly ONE OF A KIND. No wonder he and the firm where he practices is ONE OF THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY! I´ve known the firm since 1994 when I got my citizenship. I´m thnakful for lawyers like Carl Balediata because of him there is hope that scammers and lawyers that take advantage of the situation of thier clients for their benefit get eradicated in time to come.
