We have known Carl for many years and he has helped us through Green Cards, Immigration Issues and countless other situations. He is very correct in the way he speaks. He will say it exactly how it is, always commit to a plan and will execute flawlessly and quietly. He knows how confusing laws are... and his special skill is to convert complexity to layman language.
