Very Professional and Knowledgeable

Carl Balediata was recommended to us by a family friend as we were researching for an immigration lawyer to help us obtain my permanent residency. We were not disappointed but very happy we hired him. Through the entire process, Carl was very professional and knowledgeable. Not to mention he was alwa...ys available for us when we needed to speak to him. He made the process very easy and made us feel very comfortable and informed at all times. I would highly recommend him! We will definitely hire him again when I decide become a citizen.

Incredible Carl!

We have known Carl for many years and he has helped us through Green Cards, Immigration Issues and countless other situations. He is very correct in the way he speaks. He will say it exactly how it is, always commit to a plan and will execute flawlessly and quietly. He knows how confusing laws are... and his special skill is to convert complexity to layman language. As Einstein had said, If you cannot explain something to a 6-year old, you don't understand it well enough. Well, Carl can explain it to a 3 year old. Just yesterday, I was in a bit of jam. I called him at 9:00 AM and by 11:30 AM, he had taken action, personally walked over to the immigration officer, delivered our paperwork and we got a new date within 30 days. All in a matter of 2 hours. There are many immigration attorneys out there, and then there is Carl.

Professional and knowledgeable.

For what seems to be a very complicated and drawn out process Carl made everything clear and provided us with step by step directions to get my wife a green card. Could not be more please with his professionalism.

Fast and professional

I was stuck in a pickle and carl helped me through my I-601 waiver on returning back home. He was fast and answered all the questions I asked and was straight to the point. He had all my paper work done and ready to go with in 2 business days. I would definitely hire carl again in a heart beat.
