We have known Carl for many years and he has helped us through Green Cards, Immigration Issues and countless other situations. He is very correct in the way he speaks. He will say it exactly how it is, always commit to a plan and will execute flawlessly and quietly. He knows how confusing laws are... and his special skill is to convert complexity to layman language. As Einstein had said, If you cannot explain something to a 6-year old, you don't understand it well enough. Well, Carl can explain it to a 3 year old. Just yesterday, I was in a bit of jam. I called him at 9:00 AM and by 11:30 AM, he had taken action, personally walked over to the immigration officer, delivered our paperwork and we got a new date within 30 days. All in a matter of 2 hours. There are many immigration attorneys out there, and then there is Carl.

Hired Carl to assist with the TN visa process. At first, I wasn't sure if the TN visa was an option for me. Carl did his research and explained how my position did fit with one of the TN occupation categories. He wrote me an excellent letter and made sure that I was very prepared prior to my intervie...w at the boarder. At the Toronto Pearson airport, I did not have issues attaining the TN visa, nor was I questioned regarding my role. Carl was very informative and always quickly replied to my questions. I will definitely be hiring Carl for any future immigration needs.

I applied on my own for my Dad to immigrate from China and got denied. Carl was referred to me by a anit-trust lawyer friend. My Dad had some complications owing to his conflict with certain Communist Party officials. Carl was patient and explained the process and then stayed with us as we went t...hrough the steps. Other lawyers said it was not possible but Carl made it happen so that my Dad is now reunited with his family and can see his new granddaughter. We are very happy. I recommend Carl to my friends, he is a great lawyer.

This is an overdue review. I contacted Carl almost 5 yrs ago on an immigration case for my niece, who was 15yrs old at the time. I thought our case was somewhat complex, but hiring him was the best thing we could have ever done. Right after the first consultation, I quickly became more at ease with ...less anxiety and fear. He is attentive, organized. Most importantly Carl is reasonable in pricing and fees. He made it easy to trust him as he conveyed a character of a lawyer with good ethic and great character. Although he has to make some earning as this is his way of generating income, it was never excessive, and not once, we felt he tried to overcharge us. He has a great sense of reliability, and his knowledge and expertise on our case was incredible. He has an amazing sense of integrity, and fulfilled his commitment to help and represent us all the way through, and efficiently. He is also prompt, responsive, and keeps communication active and open at all times. He managed to help us out all the way as promised and we are so forever grateful for his efficacy and caring. He has a serious tone, but one can tell he has a big heart. I would not hesitate to re-hire him again or recommend him to anyone, which we already did. My colleague friend was as impressed with him, especially by his great character and helpfulness.

We 1st encountered Carl about 10-12 years ago. We have gotten the run around from several Attorneys on our case. Our paper work was also missplaced untill we finally meet Carl, who took great care of my self and my relatives. I got fixed threw my 1st wife and my relatives had a petition that was sitt...ing on hold. He was able to process all of our paperwork that had been placed on hold for many years and was successful, thanks to his skills,knowledge and experience we got our legal residency. Years later my marriage hit the fan and ended up getting a divorce that was initiated from my former wife. She had fallen in love with someone else. Our divorce was finalized on 01/2010 that same year I re-married with my current wife in 12/2010 we were waiting for our 1st child. My current wife was not legal in this country or had a petition. I went to Carl to see if their was anything that could be done. He got on the case right away . at first there was hardly any hope but as time went by and Carl continued to fight for our case after 2 years Carl called us with good news and re lifted our hope . We knew we had a very difficult case but we were ready to place our situation at risk with a possible outcome to have victory. I thank God for Carl's life and all he does to help not only my self but other that are in this unfortunate situation. I would refer Carl to anyone in need without hesitation.
