Carl Balediata was recommended to us by a family friend as we were researching for an immigration lawyer to help us obtain my permanent residency. We have known Carl for many years and he has helped us through Green Cards, Immigration Issues and countless other situations. He is very correct in the way he speaks. I called him at 9:00 AM and by 11:30 AM, he had taken action, personally walked over to the immigration officer, delivered our paperwork and we got a new date within 30 days. I contacted Carl a year ago regarding getting my wife and two daughters to the United States. Carl gave us the information that I needed to get my two daughters their citizenship through being birth abroad and applying for the application for my wife's visa. It took no more than 10 months and my wi...fe had her visa appointment. She completed the visa appointment and now she and my girls are on their way here to the US in a month.
