Hired Carl to assist with the TN visa process. At first, I wasn't sure if the TN visa was an option for me. Carl did his research and explained how my position did fit with one of the TN occupation categories. He wrote me an excellent letter and made sure that I was very prepared prior to my intervie...w at the boarder. At the Toronto Pearson airport, I did not have issues attaining the TN visa, nor was I questioned regarding my role. Carl was very informative and always quickly replied to my questions. This is an overdue review. I contacted Carl almost 5 yrs ago on an immigration case for my niece, who was 15yrs old at the time.
