I got into some trouble recently and was aressted for dui in bakersfields area i do not live in that area im from the bay area so as soon as i got out and got home i hired the services of Bruce and his partner Matthew they told me i had a good fighting chance and since i wasnt from the area they told... me they could represt me in court so i didnt have to drive the 3 hours to get there they shiwed up to my court dates and kept me well informed about everything and answered any questions i had in the end their expertise and knowledge helpe to win my case and keep my licence i would recommed them to anyone seeking an attorney sadly i do not know anyone in that area or else i would recommened they call them but to anyone reading this they did me a great deal of help i recommend them to you.

I would highly recommend staying away from this attorney. I hired this attorney to represent me in a traffic violation. After paying this attorney in excess of $750.00 he had waited a month then called me and told me because of a new policy in the Mojave Court there was not a lot he could do. He sugg...ested I plea guilty or we could take my chances in court and see what happens. I chose to take my chances in court and plea NOT Guilty. After agreeing with the plan to plea Not guilty, Mr Blythe ignored my wishes and proceeded to plea no contest without my consent. This resulted in me having to pay extra to hire a second attorney. Mr. Blythe also ignored many of my phone calls and refused to respond to emails. Once paid the initial fee, his communication skills were non-existent. If your case is of any importance to you I would suggest another attorney. I would not expect a guaranteed results but I do expect someone to follow through on what was agreed upon. Anyone with a traffic infraction who can afford a good lawyer would be a *fool* not to hire Mr. Blythe and his partner Mr. Huff. I was such a person a few months ago, living in Los Angeles, with a ticket in Kern County. I called and they picked up right away (not a no brainer if you're looking fo...r a good lawyer!), referred me to their website which had detailed, clear and easily understandable info. The partners are also affordable - I had been referred to someone else on the web who charges at least twice as much for the same service. Last, but most essentially, Messrs. Blythe & Huff get results. My case was dismissed! I cannot recommend these guys enough: business-like, professional, results-oriented.

Bruce Blythe and partner, Matthew Ruff were difficult to reach once I'd paid the retainer. Bruce was late to court twice. Bruce did not attempt new strategies after his initial push from dismissal was denied and because his initial strategy involved me taking a violation as leverage that could've o...therwise been easily dropped, I was faced with two convictions rather than one. I have spoken to three public defenders since who saw many flaws in how the case was handled.
