Biography
Graduated in 1977 in Law from St. Catherine's College Oxford, and in 1978 as a Barrister-at-Law of Lincoln's Inn, England, ( where he won the prize of The Sir Thomas More Bursar) and practiced for a year as a trial lawyer (Barrister) in Manchester England. He came to the United States and qualified to practice in California in 1981 and the United States Federal Courts.
1981-1984 he worked as an associate for a civil litigation firm known as Chain & Younger in Bakersfield, California. In 1984 he started the Law Offices of Indra Lahiri
and has operated it continuously since, emphasizing litigation, civil and criminal.
Now emphasizing business and personal injury litigation, and the occasional major felony criminal case. Also engaging in advising companies regarding employment litigation and compliance with Federal and State law.

There should be more consideration of his client's concerns
Hired him for an appeal, but his issues in the appeal were very weak. He did not seem to put much effort into the appeal and was not very helpful as to the direction to go when the appeal was not productive. I later consulted him on a civil matter and he did not seem too enthused to pursue it, so ...
