Britton Theodore Brooks

I retained Mr Brooks to represent my daughter on a criminal matter. He took the money but never bothered to even meet my daughter. He went into a bond hearing without ever speaking to her. I sent his office over 70 emails and he never responded to any of them. He told me if I wanted to get a new atto...rney he would refund the unused portion of my payment. He told me this in a text from his personal phone, a text I stilll have. Despite my requesting payment he failed to return any money. I paid $4000 and he attended one bond hearing over Zoom, which resulted in a ridiculous outcome. He never attended court in person. If you retain this man in a criminal matter you may find yourself disappointed in a major way. You have been warned.
