also known as Faith Christine Lisle
As the child of a business owner I am committed to helping companies in California manage their greatest asset - employees. Preventing situations that could lead to the demise of a family legacy is the driving force in my practice. I help organizations stay in compliance with the changing employment laws so they can focus on business.
I concentrate my work in the areas of employment HR compliance and litigation. I assist employers in resolving disputes involving claims of unpaid wages, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and wrongful termination. I also draft various employment agreements and employment handbooks. Additional areas of representation include general civil litigation matters including breach of contract, torts and commercial collections. I have been serving as the Legislative Director for the Tulare/Kings County Chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management since 2014.
I was born and raised in Fresno and graduated from California State University, Fresno. I continued my education at San Joaquin College of Law, where I received a Juris Doctorate degree. I am involved in my local community. I am on the board of La Visionaria Guild of Valley Children’s Hospital, an organization devoted to advocating for children, fundraising and promoting good will for the hospital. Additionally, I am on the board of San Joaquin College of Law’s Alumni Association and am a lifetime member of the local chapter of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity and served on the executive board while in law school.
