A Foreclosure Expert

In the heart of the Great Recession of 2008 - 2009, I found myself falling behind in my mortgage payments. In late 2009 my lender filed a Foreclosure Suit against my property. I thought I could handle resolving it myself using the Federal programs which had been established such as the HAMP program... and the Making Home Affordable Program. I kept filling out forms, and sending in documentation, but it was like mailing information into a black hole. They kept saying my documents were not on file. Finally, in August 2010 I realized I needed help and hired Brendan. Four months to the day later, in December 2010, Brendan secured a Dismissal of the Suit. It was a stressful, tedious 4 month procedure, but ended up with about $40,000.00 in back due payments being added back to my principal balance, and my mortgage interest rate dropping from 6.875% to just 2.5%. Brendan outright saved my home for myself and my family. He's an incredibly talented, intelligent Attorney. I have since used on his services on various small business matters, and I highly recommend him to anyone needing help with Foreclose, Small Business, and a variety of other practices.
