Greatest Attorney in Cleveland!

BRENDAN SUED INVADING COMMERCIAL LANDLORD AT ONCE FORCING DAMAGES PAYMENT The landlord of our limousine and bus garage invaded our space with two tractor trailers on the coldest day of winter 2014. Our company's limousines and garages were blocked in. Brendan Delay gave some great advice to take pho...tos when the police could not reason with the landlord, writing up a lawsuit fast, then suing in court the next day. The photos of the invading tractor trailers when shown to the judge put a sag in the landlord and his lawyer, and they paid damages and ended the lease and their rigged up Counterclaim. When Brendan took the deposition of the landlord, he had to admit what his company did when the pictures were put in front of him. Brendan made him pay. Our company got justice. He made sure we stayed in operation. Thank you Brendan!
