Brendan Delay showed his tenacious talents when the City of Columbus sued a limited liability company on Morse Road. Columbus wanted to pay a small amount of money for property to widen a road, but also wanted to narrow the entrance driveway and take down the old business sign. Brendan Delay held... out until almost the end. The entrance driveway was kept wide for the used car dealership, the sign was not condemned and much better money was paid. This was almost ten years ago. He knows that area of law. Very happy.

BRENDAN SUED INVADING COMMERCIAL LANDLORD AT ONCE FORCING DAMAGES PAYMENT The landlord of our limousine and bus garage invaded our space with two tractor trailers on the coldest day of winter 2014. Our company's limousines and garages were blocked in. Brendan Delay gave some great advice to take pho...tos when the police could not reason with the landlord, writing up a lawsuit fast, then suing in court the next day. The photos of the invading tractor trailers when shown to the judge put a sag in the landlord and his lawyer, and they paid damages and ended the lease and their rigged up Counterclaim. When Brendan took the deposition of the landlord, he had to admit what his company did when the pictures were put in front of him. Brendan made him pay. Our company got justice.
